You’ll often hear us use the term ‘Play’. In it’s simplicity ‘Play’ is having the courage to let go of any patterns of thinking; let go of any resistance to what is; and be fascinated with what unfolds. If we approach life like a two year old we become fascinated with whatever presents itself. We find it increasingly easy to let go of our positions, and our judgments, and it becomes exciting to see our experience of life enlivened as we become open to more of life.
Life becomes like a magical mystery tour. We’ve got no idea what’s around the corner, which we really haven’t anyway, but by letting go of our ideas of what we think the future holds, allows our experience of life to be fresh and new.
Have a play, just like a two year old. You used to love playing as a two year old – it’s possible to take the same approach as an adult.
