The Present Moment

We’ve all experienced moments where we randomly fall in to a state of supreme bliss and peace; moments where there was nothing wrong; everything was absolutely perfect. This is the experience of being in the present moment – moments where we are not thinking – moments where we are fully engaged in all that exists. When we experience being fully present we don’t want to leave it. But we do leave, we identify with thought and we start thinking, and thinking moves us into the past, or into the future, away from the present moment.

Just imagine what it would be like to have that experience of peace and contentment as a prevailing experience in life. The good news is that it is possible.
